Desde el inicio de las investigaciones para localizar a los culpables de los atentados del 11 de septiembre, se miraba muy tensa la relación entre los países en desarrollo y las potencias. Pero también se veían algunas anomalías en las economías de las potencias económicas, que para este caso hablaremos del “Grupo de los 7”, de las cuales la de EUA fue la mas notoria y sorpresiva pues la devaluación del Dólar frente al Euro solo reforzaba la necesidad de militarizar la economía de este país.
A pesar de que ya es un afecto bastante desagradable ver que, esta poderosa nación, mantenía colgado de un hilo la serenidad de los inversionistas de todo el mundo; nadie esperaba que la escalada se desviara hacia Irak y de esta se derivaran más conflictos regionales que pudieran darse en cascada. Hoy tenemos la certeza, de que el peor de los escenarios esta por darse, pues la necesidad de ganancias petroleras dictan la agenda de la potencia.
